What User dislikes about Parole Tulum:
Reservation at 6:30, 1 hour to receive 2 appetizers, next 2 dishes almost another hour later. We were the first guests to arrive and waiters spent a lot of attention with other patrons as we sat and waited. Power went out, they said we had to wait for it to be restored for their check out. We finally asked if they could manually total up our bill and we would pay cash. Manager came, added it up and we paid and left.... View all feedback.

It would have been nice if he would have said I’m sorry and comp’d a glass of wine or something. No Italian quiet ambiance as EDM music pounding throughout the evening.
TERRIBLE I DONT RECOMMEND!!! What a terrible experience!!! Please save yourself the trouble! The food was mid, came out cold! The pasta with truffle that they are supposedly famous for was super extra mid! We had 3 pasta 1 salad and a wagyu meatball with some beers and it came out to $600 US dollars!! Definitely not worth the price tag!!! Horrible food and they couldn’t even say anything when I told them! DONT EAT HERE!
Style over substance. the foods were average and the prices were extorted for what was in the offer. go somewhere else.
