My mom was a bit surprised and disappointed at first that she couldn't order a frozen lime margarita since their specialty is an orange margarita. However, the orange margarita turned out to be really good. We also enjoyed the Hawaiian fajitas with pineapple, which were fantastic. We went there for lunch and had to wait nearly 15 minutes for a server to take our drink and food orders. She didn’t acknowledge the long wait and didn’t apologize. Additionally, it was hard to hear her when she spoke. View all feedback.
The food was outstanding. Our waiter was incredibly patient and attentive. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a perfect 5.
We love Uncle Paco's! We eat there often, both dining in and getting carry-out in Bothell.
Loved every aspect of this place. The wait time perfect The server perfect ? The food hot and fresh ? ? perfect. I will definitely go back.
