Forward on the app with a lot of time (10 to 15 minutes) so I could grab it and work. I parked there and parked in a stable. 10 minutes later they will finally eat cold. will not be used again with this location
This sonic situation was so good and on the things, but I have recently noticed that the quality of services has gone down the hill. how I don't understand why go in stalls if they are not to be used? I will press the button and wait 10 minutes before I said, "It's just going through, bye." if they don't want to use it, why were they built? plus 10 minutes time was was was wasted. it is called sonic drive, not sonic drive through. and how reliant when they order food go on the drive in drinks are for the drive through. even when I went into the window, I saw that they walk around children in the kitchen and I know they are not old enough to work there or allow a food handler, as the children seem to be between the age of 5-9. this was my favoritesonic earlier, but it has seen for better days.

This particular location often struggles with being understaffed. It's disappointing because we usually order through the app to have our food ready when we arrive, but about half the time, we still end up waiting. However, I must commend the staff; despite the challenges, they are always very kind and apologetic. We try to be understanding, as we know it's not the employees' fault but rather the management's decision to schedule only two workers per shift. On a positive note, our food is consistently delicious! Thank you to the hardworking staff! If you're someone who gets easily frustrated and is in a hurry, I recommend choosing a different location.
I pull in the lot 54 minutes before close. I'm the only car in the customer stalls or the drive-through. I'm immediately answered and put on hold. I sit there for two minutes before they tell me they are sorry and will I please order. I came to purchase two sonic blast. $10 for two scoops of ice cream. I order the first one and pause thinking they will acknowledge they heard it or repeat that part to make sure it's correct. After a long silence they asked me to repeat the order. I refuse to waste any more time here and as I leave I can see four different employees working in the building. Doing absolutely zero customer service at the moment, and they cannot take a single order of one person in the drive-through. GO TO BRAUMS.
