Was Hannah Stewart at Jamba a mag?
Incredible customer service! I asked for a recommendation, mentioning I wanted something fruity and creamy. The first smoothie they made wasn’t to my taste, but they immediately offered to make me a new one at no extra cost. They paid attention to what I didn’t like and adjusted a menu item to suit my preferences. They truly went above and beyond. The staff really make this place special. View all feedback.

Janette this morning was incredibly rude and tried to argue with my husband and I (former Jamba supervisors at the Sunnyside location in OR) about the size of our smoothie. My husband ordered a medium Smooth Talkin’ with whey, and it was served to him with an inch space between the smoothie and the lid. We kindly asked if she added the whey in, and she said she did, and then smartly remarked that a medium is 24 ounces. I’m fully aware of that, but I’m also fully aware that whey usually bumps up the smoothy up a size. That’s OK if she didn’t want do to give us the extras, I know rules vary by store, but I expect my smoothie to be filled to the top as I know that is Jamba standard and what I paid for.She had no customer service, poured the extra smoothie on top of my husband‘s drink, and it splattered all over my hands, as well as the top of my drink. Nothing else was said to us, and we left very dissatisfied with the service and the product we received today.
