Was Paya The Cat at Frost a mag?
Second day in a row for a Frost fix. We were passing La Encantada and my rarely outspoken sweet tooth was demanding attention. Place was busy. The entire left third of their display case was empty “Yes sir, we have no banana.” But they did have Irish Cream which was pretty darn good. This location is the truest form of poor customer service. Nothing but a rude inconvenienced attitude from the staff to the leadership . This is a staff of people who do not want customers and have no place in any form of the hospitality industry. Embarrassing leadership that allows a store to operate like this. View all feedback.
My wife and I attended by san francisco for a business conference and manager (gavin was very rude, had headphones in, and was constantly on his phone. I think I saw he pulled money out of the drawer and put it in the bag. a very unprofessional and young person. gelato was great, but the business itself needs some work.

Beautiful Gelato Square with a tonne taste. I got the espressochip and it was sooo good. I loved the chips in gelato as texture and the gelato was so smooth and creamy. my friend got the strawberry champion and it was very refreshing. both gelatos were not excessively sweet, just the right amount of sweet.
