Was Tod Blanda at Bobo's a mag?
I had an incredible experience at Bobo. The service was exceptional, and I never had to request refills for my coffee or water throughout my visit. I ordered the Western omelette and pumpkin pancakes. The omelette was not only delicious but also generously filled. The house fries were perfectly crispy and tasty as well. The pumpkin pancake was enormous; my partner and I decided to share it. It was fantastic—thick wit... View all feedback.
What Coleen Ortner dislikes about Bobo's:
Because I hadn’t had a chance to look at menu, the older gentleman who takes orders did not come back for possibly 15 minutes. Ordered open faced hot roast beef sandwich. The meat was overcooked, sometimes even dried out with burnt edges. Gravy was packaged with salty taste. Mashed potatoes were real and good. Peas not a vegetable I like. Atmosphere had filthy floors with a spoon under my feet and food particles. It... View all feedback.
I've been dining at this restaurant for many years, and the food still tastes the same. The only thing I miss is the soups, as they're no longer on the menu. However, I still recommend it—it's small but cozy.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting a charming mom-and-pop breakfast spot, and let me tell you – it was worth every minute of the wait! This place gets packed, so I recommend arriving early or being prepared for a bit of a wait. While waiting, it's a good idea to occasionally check in to ensure you're next on the list, as this spot is quite popular. Once seated, you're welcomed with warm smiles and friendly, courteous service. The staff makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. The food is simply delicious – perfectly cooked and clearly made with love. Whether you're a fan of fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, or hearty omelets, there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a laid-back breakfast. I definitely will be coming back again! If you're looking for a spot that serves up a classic, home-cooked breakfast, this is it. Highly recommend!
It's a great place, good food and relatively cheap. Portions are huge, homey feeling. Try it you will love it.
Best pancakes ever. The banana pancake has a delicious cinnamon glaze, and the blueberry-banana pancake is delicious too (despite no cinnamon). The apple pancake is unbelievably good. Charming atmosphere too. This place is a must if you're in Tucson. But be prepared to wait a while for a table!
