This is my favorite artisan bread shop. I also pick up flour, tortillas, and bagels here. My top choices are the Heritage, Spelt, and Red Fife breads. Make sure to arrive early and bring an umbrella, as you’ll likely be waiting in line for some of the best bread in the country—definitely the best in Tucson.

Always great! Wonderful selection of different types of bread, Don is a huge proponent of Ancient Grains and incorporates them into several of the breads baked daily. Best bread in Arizona!
How could I have lived in Tucson for 5 months without knowing about this gem! Don Guerra has mastered the art of bread making where lines of people await his tasty craft. I got the spelt loaf. What a yummy, bread starved, dieters satisfying treat! Youdon?t necessarily have to avoid bread if you go to Barrio Bread and receive a bit of education about bread making. I feel I meta celebrity today! Thank you Don for the pizza kit!
