The entire experience was lovely, from the moment we entered the place to the moment we left. The people that work here are polite, and know what they talk about. The food was a solid 10/10! I’ve had most things on the menu over the last year, and the Everything Quesadillas is something I recommend!
I was initially apprehensive about dining at this restaurant due to numerous negative reviews regarding the service and food. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the food and cocktails were actually quite good. The service was also enjoyable and the music, while loud, was not overwhelming. It seems that the restaurant has taken the negative feedback into consideration and made improvements to enhance the overall experience.
The experience was fantastic. We ordered a variety of dishes to try and were impressed by the amazing salmon ceviche - it was incredibly refreshing and delicious. The beef stew was also delicious. The drinks were decent, and the service was good. We enjoyed sitting by the window with a great view. I will definitely return when I visit Trondheim again.
Great experience at Hector on Solsiden. Great spot in the most popluar area in Trondheim. Food, drinks and staff were top notch!
We went to the restaurant just for drinks with friends. The drinks were delicious and enjoyable. However, the music was too loud for us to have a conversation. It seems like a good place for a night out, but not ideal for catching up with friends, which was our intention.
