Having found a restaurant in Leiwen closed we set off on our bicycles for a late lunch at Seminarshof. No problem with a table or service. Although the terrace is at the junction of the main village street and the bridge over the Mosel traffic was light. Vaste waarde in Trittenheim en erbuiten. Recent helemaal vernieuwd, echt mooi met toch nog de Moselaccenten. Leuk terrasje ook. Kaart is ruim en toch zijn alle gerechten goed van kwaliteit en origineel gebracht. Geen saaie boek hier. Grote porties op je bord tegen heel scherpe prijzen. Wijnaanbod is ook top gezien ze ook zelf wijn verbouwen. Een fles goede wijn voor 12€: kan je in België nog eens van dromen. Hier kom... View all feedback.
Reserveren is zeker noodzakelijk hier. Op het eten is niets aan te merken. Grote porties en alles lekker vers. Jammer dat het er zo druk (luid)en zo warm was. Geen dessert genomen. Ik kon niet snel genoeg weer buiten zijn. Niet echt ontspannend.
Prima gegeten na een lange wandeling. Leuk terras en de eigen wijnen smaken goed. De dame van de bediening leek eerst een erg chagrijnig en kortaf, maar later ontdooide ze wel en kon er zelfs een glimlach vanaf. Prima tent, zeker aan te raden.
Gezellige sfeer in deze "Strausswirtschaft"! En heel lekker wat dit wijnboerengezin aan tafel brengt. Uiteraard met een fles van de huiseigene druiven :-) Opgelet: absoluut reserveren!
