Located near Grand Baie, our cozy restaurant-bar offers a warm setting with refined decor to help you escape the outside world. Under the new ownership of Nora and Clive, previously from Hidden Reef, we have introduced a new chef, menu, bar, and ambiance for an improved dining experience. Join us Tuesday to Sunday from 10:30 – 15:00 and 18:00 – 22:30, with the bar open every day from 17:00 until late in the back garden.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere, polite staff, open until later at night. I surely recommend it. The only observation I have is that one dish we ordered was supposed to come with mash and truffles, but instead came with fries, without any informing in advance. View all feedback.
What a wonderful spot for lunch and dinner! It's the perfect place to sit back and unwind. We enjoyed our visit to SelFish so much that we went back twice because the food was incredibly delicious. To top it all off, Clive is an exceptionally friendly host, and we really had a great time there.
We visited this restaurant for lunch the first time and were so impressed with the food that we returned just two days later for dinner. We highly recommend the L'Assiette Selfish (various mussels), souris d'agneau (lamb), and poisson du jour (catch of the day). The 'Secret Garden' at the back is a lovely spot for a relaxed dinner, and we noticed that many locals frequent this place on the weekends. We also found out that they have regular BBQ sessions on Fridays. Enjoy!
The restaurant left a fantastic impression with its friendly and attentive staff. I enjoyed a delicious meal in a serene atmosphere. Parking was easy, and the prices were quite reasonable. I highly recommend it!
Nice cozy place,staff is very polite.Food is very nice,portions are quite big,with reasonable price. : Edit:I have been eating at this restaurant for 5 out of 10 days of my stay in Grand Baie area,and i can say all of their seafood is really delish. Don't be fooled by the lack of guests sometimes,this place is true gem. PS. Back garden,which is really nice and serene opens at 5pm.
Great little restaurant, parking, great menu, bar and chill Garden. so good all round.
