What acdc carroll dislikes about Altman's:
Wasn't a good experience! We were not served like a pleasant restaurant spent 60.00 and never received the sides for a meal. The lady from the kitchen has snot running from her nose and gets offended when asked if she washed her hands. Was told our drinks would be taken off in place of sides and it wasn't as the total was 63.47 . I wouldn't recommend. Price per person: $20–30 View all feedback.
I have the lunch buffet and they also offer their normal menu next to the buffet if they don't want it. when I was there, the buffet had fried chicken, chopsteak, an salatable, and a series of normal south sides like kartoffeln and gravy, rice, lima bohnen, etc. I have not seen any dessert. everything was excellent! I wish the lunch buffet had seafood when I was there, as some of the other reviews mentioned it, and the pictures of seafood looked really good. it seems to be a rotating selection. I need another day back!
This Restaurant is highly recommended by the locals. To my surprise I met a distant cousin! The food is plentiful and very good. No such thing as a small plate and the servers are super friendly as well.
Great food and great staff!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
So I gave them another chance and again they failed. I order 3 piece fried chicken (white meat) with battered fries. I got an over fried breast w/2 wings that were definitely too small. The battered fries were soggy and absolutely no flavor on either. I could taste the flour, though I was offered to have my order remade I decided to take what I had and I will not be returning. Parking: Over flows with water when it rains. Service: Takeaway
