See paella! a great place and everything with a lot of quality, for those who look for fish, the coolest of the whole torrox coast. but if you also look for vegetarian options like my case, we were prepared a wonderful vegetable paella that you can see in the photos. I also add a picture of another seafood paella. View all feedback.
We stayed in Torrox recently and ate at the Bar Chambe on a few occasions and would recommend. Friendly service and food was tasty. If you want paella then has to be ordered the day before.
We have been here more times than we can remember since it first opened. The portions are very big and the quality of the food is excellent. From the salad to tapas and the meat and fish dishes we have never had a bad meal. Always freshly cooked and very tasty. Service is good aswell. Best to book on a sunday or in the summer. A great place.
Everything is delicious and homemade even the chips. The desserts are absolutely outstanding in an are where it’s difficult to find a good pud. Authentic Tiramisu and a fabulous baked cheesecake were high points. Friendly staff, home cooked food and very reasonable. What’s not to like?
We have stopped here before for a quick coffee, and found them very friendly. This time we went for an evening meal with a friend, and although the menu is not traditional, meaning there are no platos combinados , just a few half (or full) rations shared between the three of us, was more than enough. The Prawn PilPil is very nice, the croquetas are home made, and you cannot really go wrong with the mixed fried fish. If you are looking for a romantic meal for 2, move on, but if you are looking for quality food at more than reasonable prices in a casual athmosphere, give this little gem a go.
The food came out so quickly it couldn't have been freshly cooked. Nice friendly staff but wouldn't go again.
