Proof Vodka Bar, located in the Intercontinental hotel, offers a chic interior with unique igloos for dining. While some diners found the food and drinks overpriced and underwhelming, others enjoyed the experience, praising the accommodating staff and imaginative drink selection. The ambiance is cozy and intimate, making it a great spot for drinks and nibblies with friends or to relax after a long day in the city. Despite some complaints about the music volume and heating in the igloos, many guests appreciated the overall atmosphere and service, making it a promising choice for future visits.
The restaurant is very pleasant with excellent service, however, most of the dishes were overly salty.
I visited this restaurant for the second time and was once again impressed by the excellent service and delicious food. It is a great spot to grab a meal before a concert at Koerner Hall.
