Prima offers a beautiful space and excellent service, but it's puzzling that a restaurant can charge premium prices for food that's merely mediocre. The only reason I'm giving the food two stars instead of one is the delicious scallop Rockefeller dish. It might be better received if it wasn't marketed as an Italian restaurant, as the pasta dishes certainly do not meet expectations given their price. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $100+
