This is hands down the best coffee shop in town! They offer outstanding customer service, and the baristas are the friendliest you could ask for, always ready to serve you a fresh cup of coffee.
The restaurant is spotless and features a lovely traditional decor. The coffee is excellent, and I was very impressed by the outstanding customer service from Siham. I will certainly be back soon!
During our chat, the owner, Milkyas, suddenly approached us and started yelling at my colleague, saying, "You are not allowed to eat here; it's illegal." Although the words themselves may not seem too harsh, his angry tone was frightening and deeply unsettling. I was taken aback, watching the owner of what was once a lovely café belittle my colleague simply because he had the power to do so. When I tried to step in and let him know that such behavior wasn't acceptable, he retorted, "Please don’t come back here; you are not welcome and I don’t care." We were left shaken and ultimately decided to leave, feeling helpless and disheartened by the entire experience.
Great coffee shop. It's cozy, beautiful and the service excellent. The best in town in my opinion.
