Nestled in a picturesque setting, this rooftop pool lounge boasts stunning views of the lake and CN Tower, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. While the atmosphere is often enjoyable with friendly servers and nice drink options, experiences can vary significantly. Patrons frequently note the slow service due to understaffing, and the changing facilities leave much to be desired, often described as small and unkempt. Additionally, the food and drink prices mostly fail to match the portion sizes and quality, leading to disappointment for some. Despite these challenges, many return for the inviting ambiance and attentive staff.
The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. However, the food portions were inadequate, and the quality didn't justify the prices. For instance, the jerk chicken came without any side dish and consisted only of chicken skewers for $21. The drinks were also overpriced. On a positive note, I appreciated the DJ and the overall ambiance, and everyone, including the other patrons, was very pleasant.
I have been going to the Radisson rooftop pool lounge for more than seven years now . It is absolutely relaxing, the staff is welcoming and very assertive, I enjoy spending my afternoon there, soaking up the sun and enjoying great snacks and drinks. Always a pleasure. See you next year.
I took my friend to the pool for her birthday. It is a gorgeous setting to be sure. The pool was supposed to be heated and was not on this day. My friend was not able to go in it was way too cold. There was no notice that the pool was not heated. Once settled into our chairs no one came around to serve us. I went inside to see if I could order they sent someone out promptly. She was wonderful and the food and drink was nice. Finally the change rooms were a disaster wet towels all over the place clearly had not been checked for hours. At $65.00 each I expected a whole lot more
I enjoyed a lovely afternoon by the pool. My only criticisms are that some parents didn’t bother to ask their kids to keep the noise down, and at times it became a bit overwhelming. It might be a good idea to implement a rule regarding this. As for the food, it was average—not particularly remarkable—but my fries were cold. I didn't bring it up since the server was so wonderful.
