This was the first time we have eaten on their patio, and it is a lovely space. We had , in a part of five,one gluten-free and one vegetarian, and there are plenty of options for everyone. We love the cocktail and wine menus. Very well thought out. We shared four appetizers, and then each had a main. My kale, quinoa and chicken salad was really, really delicious. Reserved for 2 for Valentine's Day. Initially, all was good! Generally, the food was real good and drinks were good! The service was pathetic: drinks took forever, our shared appetizer never came (to the surprise of our waitress... isn't that your job... to take our order and make sure it makes it to our table!!) and it took over 1 hour to get our main meals! Enjoyed a delicious brunch on Saturday. Everything was good. The service was quick. Loved the atmosphere on the restaurant.

My sister, Carolyn, took us here for dinner, and it was fantastic. From the front of the restaurant to the cozy, homey patio out back, the whole place just feels like a great place to stop in for a meal, the service was friendly and polite (they even took a picture of us, and it was a good one) and the food was great. Too many restaurants take basic dishes and overwork them, but Brooklyn takes basic dishes and makes them sing.
Came for a late afternoon lunch with my friend. Second time here and never disappointed. Service was excellent and brunch was delicious. Brooklin red was was yummy too. Is my go to spot when I'm in that neighbourhood.
