The service was fantastic and the food was even better. New York Strip was cooked to perfection. I would definitely return.
We had lunch as a family of four and it was steak all around. They split a steak between the kids and they loved it. I had the New York 10oz and it was cooked to perfection. The fries and pepper sauce were very good but the steak was so good it would have done on its own. The service was really good without being overbearing. It's not a cheap place to eat but it was the best meal we had in Toronto without doubt.
The food is exceptional. extremely pricey considering the establishment is bland of exceptional service or environment. everything is largely over priced. it is wonderful tasting food but when a coke that cost $5 and is less than the size of a can of coke says it all. it's vastly over priced. just depends on whether you want to overpay for something comparable.
An old fashioned steakhouse in a convenient location for commuters. After a trade show at Enercare Center at Exhibition Place our team jumped in a cab for an early dinner. A $12. 00 cab ride during rush hour we arrived at Bardi's in 10 minutes. Service was prompt and gracious. Food was ample with a selection of fish, steaks salads etc. Appetizers had a good selection and we opted for ribs and calamari. The calamari was cooked to perfection and the ribs were easy to eat using a fork and knife as the meat was very tender. Steak selections went from 7oz to 20oz. Surf and turf is the menu. Side vegetables are extra and our table of four shared mushrooms and asparagus. Everything was flavourful and delicious. The creme Brule was delicious and a very generous portion. The wine selection is extensive. The atmosphere is traditional steakhouse with dark wood.
My first time here and will definitely be back. Massive shrimps; perfectly cooked steak and the Brussels sprouts side was amazing. Fantastic, unpretentious service, unlike Harbour 50 which was a big disappointment.
