Ap is my favorite restaurant in the city! Be sure to request the torched sashimi; it’s truly exceptional! You can’t go wrong with the surf and turf or the o toro either. We visited Ap for Valentine's Day and were surprised to find they had a set 5-course menu. Since we weren’t very hungry and had only planned to enjoy drinks, we felt a bit awkward. However, Chris, the manager, was incredibly accommodating. He moved us to the bar and even offered us some options from the tasting menu. The bartenders, RJ and Steven, were fantastic—so friendly, knowledgeable, and they crafted excellent drinks for us. Overall, the staff really made our evening special, and we definitely plan to return because of their exceptional service.
