I was really let down by this restaurant. I found it on Yelp and noticed they were offering a promotion for first-time customers with 20% off.

Definitely a restaurant to avoid. Almost everything about 70 Down is disappointing. The atmosphere is dull and pretentious.
The live Latin band on Thursday was fantastic. The service and food were decent.
The service at this restaurant was good, but the food and ambiance were very disappointing. Throughout our meal, a loud game was playing the whole time, which did not match the atmosphere of a lounge as listed on OpenTable. Despite the moderately high prices, the food lacked flavor and the meat dish I ordered was dry. The server was attentive and took good care of the customers.
