The pharmacy experience was fantastic! I usually rely on this store for my prescriptions. Today, I needed to get medication for my wife that isn't covered by insurance. While not the most gourmet option, this place holds its own. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but they offer a diverse range of products. From quality meats and deli items to baked goods, a pharmacy, and the largest selection of food items in town, they cover a lot of ground.
I was pleasantly surprised to find Japanese bowls and sushi on the menu. Also, I have to give credit to Dillons for including cooling packets in their fruit boxes. While they may be a bit pricier, they are definitely worth it because they keep the fruit fresh. Unlike Walmart, which often has fruit boxes that spoil by the time I get home, Dillons ensures their products stay fresh. So if you're looking for fruit boxes, I recommend going to Dillons.

Even though shelves are kinda bare, still a good place to shop...first place in Topeka I found rambutans...
