It was a busy Friday night at the restaurant, but despite the computer system freezing, they handled seating customers remarkably well. The staff stayed focused and kept a positive attitude, which was quite commendable! As always, the food was fantastic. We savored the fish and chips and country fried steak, both of which were delicious! The only suggestion for improvement would be their management of incoming customers during peak hours. The hostess wasn't tracking arrivals effectively, which led to customers not being seated in the order they arrived.
The renovation is truly remarkable! The restaurant now has a much more welcoming atmosphere. Our server was outstanding, and both the food and drinks were spot on. However, the hostess at the entrance appeared a bit unsure of herself. It confuses me why owners often assign their least experienced staff to be the first point of contact for important customers. Nevertheless, I really enjoy this place and will certainly return and recommend it to others.
