I would most likely give this restaurant three stars, but the service was quite embarrassing. I believe the waiter even touched my shoulder at one point, which was not appropriate.
This restaurant should consider closing its doors. The staff were apologetic, but the lack of ownership was evident. The menu was presented on a placemat, with no specials offered. Why?
