Was on the way to see my nephew play footy on the tablelands and thought we would duck in for a quick coffee and toastie. Ordered the ham and cheese toastie and the spaghetti cheesy. We waited 30 mins for two toasties, and when they...did arrive it has horrible tinned spaghetti inside it. The ham and cheese was covered in pepper and was inedible. Just passing through and there was easy parking...what luck! The coffee was good , the decor was funky and the service was modern, welcoming and friendly. A cool stop for the holiday morning.
This Tolga based coffee shop is in a great spot. I often grab a take away on my way to Cairns or when going to the Post Office.The coffee is really good .. and always made the way I like it , I've never had a bad coffee from the String Bean!I'm looking forward to my next cappuccino.
Great people, friendly service with such a relaxed environment. I loved visiting and felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend stopping in here. Iced chocolate to die for!
Best ice mocha, and the hot coffee is always great. The time is taken to make things properly and always good service.
