they only have a vegan option, but it is amazing. spicy, creamy, nutty and a bit smokey, it really fills them. the personal was super nice, even when using the ordering machine and the service was fast and easy. really easy to reach from the station shinagawa west exit. really delicious, I think to go to dinner again View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Tetsu:
some people said that the ramen was fleshy, but I did not find it; the consistency was quite creamy and the spicy vage echo Thai curry. it wasn't excessively greasy what I appreciated. I had a short time to eat before watching a show close and they served me in less than 10 minutes week night. I'll be back! View all feedback.
Very nice restaurant near the rail. Although only a vegan option ramen, but is really delicious.
They have only one vegan which was clearly marked dish ramen, so there aren't many options. It was somewhat spicy but it was good! The staff was very friendly.
There is one vegan option that uses mock meat and eggless noodles. The food itself was reasonably nice, however, I found that the food tasted very meaty which to some is probably good as it imitates the other meals at the restaurant, but I wasn’t too fond of the flavour. Conclusion: if meaty tasting, authentic food is for you, it’s great, if you’re not a fan of the very meaty tasting soup, I wouldn’t go.

I’ve been visiting Japan for several years and I am surprised how many chain bars instantly started having vegan options. Usually only one but still it’s great in a country a couple years ago people didn’t consider fish as an animal product. The bar is situated very close to the station, English menu available. Vegan soup is really good! I agree with a previous comment that adding a bit of vinegar makes it even better.
