Nice bar with great drinks. However, the manager was unwelcoming and quite arrogant. One evening, he embarrassingly singled me out in front of my friends and his, refusing me entry simply because I was wearing tracksuit bottoms. Nice Bar and nice drink. However the manager is not welcoming and very arrogant. Upon arrival one night he proceeded to make a show of me in front of my friends and also his. We had the soup and toasted sandwich. Both were very tasty especially the soup which was very good. Unfortunately they do not serve food after about 3pm each day as would certainly go there early evening for something to eat
First time last thursday in Thurles as regards a social night out, The County bar had a welcoming pleasant atmosphere . Friendly staff.
Good food reasonably priced nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Best value in Thurles. Pity they don't serve food at weekends.
A lovely, well appointed bar with a great reputation for nice food . Staff are very friendly and welcoming. At night, you can sit outside under the parasols, weather permitting!
