They get very busy in the morning.soldiers crowd no big deal. They tend to forget you have time for other customers. I understand that the place doesn't want to be black listed. Isn't it fair for us regular customers not being taken care of with the same attention. The staff is very respectful and very helpful. I guess they forget where there. I ordered some chicken tenders for a late dinner and they were served hot and crispy! The portion size was generous for the price.
I ordered the breakfast sampler, which came with a little bit of everything. I requested my eggs over medium, but they were undercooked and slimy. The hash browns were also burnt and covered in ham to try and hide it. I sent them back, but they came out exactly the same. It was disappointing that they didn't make any effort to fix the problem. I didn't end up eating them. It seems like there might be some incompetence in the kitchen. It's been a week since I posted this review and I still haven't heard anything back from the IHOP manager.

Best breakfast at winstar. Food was good, fast (less than 5 mins), and coffee was the best there, too. Most of the coffee at winstar tastes like water. Pancakes we're fluffy, buttery, and delicious. Don't go to the other restaurants if you want breakfast. My only recommendation is to bring your own coffee cup. They only use paper cups, and mine collapsed, trying to put the lid on, burning my hand with hot coffee, and making a huge mess.
