The staff here is consistently friendly—always! I've started choosing this place over Whataburger or McDonald’s because of the excellent service. Wouldn't be here, I don't know why I'm trying, but every time it's a disappointment the food is cold and last time my chili cheese dog had some plastic particles. Last time I go here, don't recommend.
Today will be the last time I ever go to this Sonic. I specifically asked about bacon and cheese only on my daughters Hotdog and they can't even get the right thing. It seems to have everything you could ever put on a hot dog. I'd rather go to McDonald. At least they can understand words Food: 1/5
Simple beverage orders take between 30 to 45 minutes to arrive. We place our orders by phone, but each time, it seems to take 10 to 30 minutes for someone to bring it to us after ordering. We experienced a one-time issue with a poorly made drink, so we mentioned that it seemed like the syrup was running out. They assured us they would resolve it and send a replacement drink. Twenty minutes later, we still hadn't received it, so we followed up. The staff member said they would send someone with our order. The screen indicated that someone would be there within a minute, but still, no one showed up. We waited for almost 40 minutes at this point. Finally, we asked to speak to the manager. While we did eventually get our drinks, the manager hardly spoke to us and didn’t acknowledge that we’d been waiting an hour for a single Dr. Pepper. This location has consistently poor customer service and long wait times.
