I had one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Monica was incredibly helpful and understanding, and she truly made our evening unforgettable.
When I came in, they let me know that the waiting time for the wings will take an hour! an hour and the place was empty! So I let myself sit in my car and saw my next step and could not believe an hour for wings, so I called them up while I sat on my cat, which put me in front of the restaurant they picked up, while they were not on the phone I think they just didn't want to order this day.
This place was nice clean and the staff were super friendly. the woman at the front was amazing. they were very busy, but our order came out in time. super satisfied with this experience.
My son tried their chicken sandwich.. he said it was decent/good. I ordered the lemon pepper n original hot.. nice crisp to it. Only issue is the fries are overly salted. Condiments need to be restocked.
