Great food, our family's first time, it just happened, a group of inconsiderate people celebrating a birthday, blond long haired lady wearing a black dress, she is not even the celebrant but the loudest of all, annoying voice and her laugh is much worst, not very pleasant, I guess some people are ignorant and uneducated, unprofessional, we got home with a headache and couldn't wait to leave the place, only question is that why management didn't even try to apologize to other paying customers for having such annoying loud guests.
Food and service were both excellent. No complaints at all. However the noise was unacceptable. A table, thankfully on the other side of the room, with small children that were totally out of control with no parental supervision, made us second guess our choice of restaurant. 1/2 of the time spent there was truly uncomfortable due to the screaming. At least we finished our dining experience with a more acceptable noise level.
I love Prescott's in Rochester! The food is amazing and they have great $30 wine pairings. Don't let the mall location fool you - this place is a hidden gem!
