Was Katie Bell at East Coffee a mag?
I love their coffee and food but the service is a real hit or miss. Most of the employees here always seem like they hate their lives, not very welcoming, a bit unfriendly even. The only person who has ever greeted me with a smile every time is YuJin.It’d be nice if they all had more positive energy. View all feedback.

What Stella Butterworth dislikes about East Coffee:
I visited East Coffee this morning to enjoy my usual latte, but unfortunately, it was lukewarm instead of hot. When I went back in to mention it, they microwaved it for me but explained that they couldn't make a new one due to their policies and standards. Sadly, I won't be returning to this place again.
