Currently, the restaurant only offers mobile ordering, but there was no explanation for this decision. I understand that things can happen, but I walked in and followed the instructions to order from my phone. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes because my bag of food was left sitting next to the to-go order rack, where we are supposed to pick up our orders, getting cold. Instead of addressing the waiting customers, one employee was busy helping another family with an order mix-up. With at least five other employees present, I would have expected a more organized approach, with multiple people handling food preparation and ensuring that orders are delivered promptly. Overall, it felt quite disorganized.
Mobile order only... what a joke. What should have been a quick and enjoyable experience at Chipotle turned into a slow and frustrating one, having to place my order on my phone while inside the store. I ended up walking back and forth to check if my order was ready. I’m giving it 2 stars because the food is still good.
Very good customer service fixed my previous orders no hesitation and even got packed right before closing. The line was so long they ran out of stuff but still cooked up more fresh foods. Had to write review cos good courteous service is hard to come by inTemecula.
New GM ?Yoyo? is awesome!!!!!! Food was scheduled to be ready for pick up at 5:40.. came in at 5:39 and it was waiting! She?s nice, friendly, and someone that should definitely continue working with the public. Amazing experience!
My husband and his colleague went here for Lunch, and he didn 't got a good experience here. A cashier charged him from the previous order before my husband 's order, when my husband didn 't notice how much was it and just slide his card it was approved then the cashier has the guts to tell my husband it didn 't went through and he needs to slide his card again, my husbanddidn 't buy her excuse since he said he saw it was approved. Th Not until, he saw how much she really charge him, it was $78.61that got charged it my husband 's account, his real total order was $34.64, the manager refunded the $78.61 ???????????? Don 'tdo that, if you have a mistake from previous order, and tried to put it on someone else shoulder that 's mean. Do better nexttime.
