giando is a nice restaurant located in the new part of taranto. cozy place, quick service, very good dishes. We're having dinner with a couple of friends on Monday night. apart from another table the room was semi-empty, understandable. the waiting times, considering the poor turnout, were not short. This is clearly a sign of an express kitchen, a strength, but I wonder how long it would be to wait Saturday night with the full room. the reason why, however, I can not give more than three balls is the price quality ratio. fi... We were looking for lunch and found this restaurant near the theatre that we were visiting later. No booking but they were able to seat us and serve the light lunch we needed. The food was excellent as was the wine and we had a lovely meal.
