after a long day of driving stopped and noticed that there was only one worker. his only table was finished, so we decided to stay here. we didn't catch his name, but he was professional, friendly and very fast regarding eating despite the circumstances. he did serve, cook, clean, etc. several other customers came and one was rude and very loud waiting for an understandable, and that didn't change his attitude at all... What User dislikes about IHOP:
First time here and I would have to say, weirdness is a way to describe the atmosphere. Waitresses running in late, random Waitresses bringing out our food so no one had any idea what was what and for who, another Waitress was getting cussed out by a customer then walked around cussing to herself. Just weird, but we love IHOP food so we stopped for dinner, probably won't come back to this one again. View all feedback.
Nice server, very helpful and polite. what turned me off was that I was not given the code that was needed to redeem my pan coins from the new program. I asked a server other than my own server that told me the codes were on a separate part of the reception. the server then brought what I now know to be a random code, as it's $5 less in coin money than I bill on a $68 without tipp.
Favi was our server, and he did a good job. He had an upbeat personality. The food was hot, fresh, and had great flavors.Food: 5/5

Upon our arrival, we were quickly seated by Spanish-speaking staff. Overall, the customer service was okay. The food arrived promptly, and my entree was delicious. Unfortunately, our utensils were forgotten. The restrooms were not up to standard, as they had an unpleasant smell that indicated they were not properly cleaned.
We were the only ones there for dinner, which I actually liked. Service was quick, and food was tasty! Our booth bench and several others we passed were torn, and the stuffing was popping out. The place could definitely use a bit of refurbishment.Food: 5/5
