Literally the most amazing crispy pork I ever had. My hostel is down the block and I was just walking around exploring. I stumbled this place and ordered a Vietnamese style sandwich with the crispy pork. It was amazing. The pickled onion was great and the chili sauce fantastic. Ordered the crispy pork sandwich with cheese, 120NTD. Loved the crispy pork, the skin was puffed up and crispy, the meat was not overly salted. I loved the combination of the pork, sweet chilli, the refreshing and crunchy vegetables (some were pickled) and the French bun. The cheese was an icing on the cake.
