Overall, the staff is friendly, though they aren't particularly quick or efficient; they do make an effort. Having managed restaurants for over 30 years, I believe that bringing in a new management team and providing more training for the staff could greatly improve the experience. View all feedback.

It seems like they only focus on the drive-thru. No one answered the intercom when we parked, and we waited for 20 minutes while car after car went through the drive-thru. View all feedback.
The service was incredibly fast, almost like the speed of sound. Overall, it was quite good. I typically order a double cheeseburger with tater tots and a cherry limeade, which makes for a satisfying meal. I just wish they would squeeze the limes for a fresher taste.
I didn’t go there but i ordered online just a few things and waited 30-40 minutes just for the food to get done and when the dasher was waiting for it to be “done” y’all let a man pick it up and my food never got delivered but it was sent to a different dasher and stuff was just all wacked up and confusing for everyone, y’all need to do better even if it’s delivery or drive thru, idk how many times i’ve went to the drive thru and had to wait so long for my food just for it to be messed up or something is wrong with it, y’all are slow. yalls stalls are always broken with not even a note to show it’s broke so we gotta drive around the lot to find one that’s open just to get bad service. plus your food is just expensive for no reason.y’all need to get a pep in your step and use some elbow grease, y’all are the most slacking place in tahlequah either make it better or just shut down at this point.
