The restaurant offers 'vegan nights', however, there was a mix-up with drinks containing egg whites. Vegan options are limited, but the Margherita pizza and olives were tasty. The outdoor seating is sunny and inviting. The food was consistently fresh and delicious on two separate visits, with the pizza base being thin and satisfying. The gnocchi was well-seasoned and saucy. Service was accommodating without a reservation, and the burrata with figs, saffron and fontina arancini, and blue swimmer crab taglioni were highly recommended. Overall, the venue is praised for friendly service, a relaxing atmosphere, and delicious food at a reasonable price.
Have always been a fan of the Salt Meats Cheese chain so decided to test out the Cronulla venue. Despite not having a booking and needing a large table they were able to accommodate us fairly well considering it was busy. Tried the burrata with figs and caramelised balsamic special as well as the saffron and fontina arancini for entree. Felt like some seafood pasta so went with the blue swimmer crab taglioni which was amazing! Would highly recommend this venue, service was helpful and friendly and atmosphere was lovely enough but still relaxing.
Limited vegan options, but delicious pizza! Had only the Margherita pizza and some olives, but we really rated the pizza! Beautiful sunny outdoor seats too.
We decided to stop here for a pizza after we are past a sunny day and enjoy tables outside. We were not disappointed, we chose the vegan margarita and some olives. The crust on the pizza was perfect and the cheese was also good. The olives had really good taste, but some were a little small. The vegan options were not huge, but they can do all pizzas with a vegan cheese and also offered a vegan gnocchi dish that I go back and try. Overall a really nice place to stop for a delicious pizza that is not too expensive.
They have 'vegan nights', so you would think they would know what it is, but after the discussion that we were vegan and what the options were, they served us drinks with protein in them, had to pay for new ones.
