Our first restaurant bar in Marda Loop, Calgary, opened way back in 1997. It has always been a comfortable, accessible, and affordable place with a down-to-earth, down the street experience for all. We love good food experienced in the company of true friends, in an atmosphere that fits us like a well-worn pair of jeans. No pretense, no frou-frou, just craft beers, approachable wines, and tried-and-true cocktails. All served up with fresh-made comfort food that you'll crave again and again. We still hand-cut our fries, serve most of our entrees with two sides, and pour our own OJ's beer. Come sit at our bar without having to lower yours. We do allow minors, but only until 8pm.

Amazing food as always, service was horrendous. Will be a while before we ever decide to come back unfortunately. Our waitress could only be bothered with the tables full of loud obnoxious drunk men. We weren't the only table with this issue our entire section was ignored all evening. Food and drinks were great.....service could have been better...had to chase the waitress down for drinks etc more than once. Place was busyish and more than enough staff on. View all feedback.
Great food, and top notch service, except they lied to me about fresh mushrooms, when in Swift Current, I'll gladly eat there, as long as I'm not ordering mushrooms
Great service and great food. Had the terrakyi rice bowl and hubby had quinoa mushroom burger! Sooo good!
Steak and salmon bites on rice is a fabulous starter, but better as a light meal!
This restaurant is not suitable for those with gluten sensitivities. Despite informing the staff that I have celiac disease and confirming with the chef that my burger was safe to eat, I still experienced a severe gluten reaction. It was one of the worst I have ever had.
We sat out on the patio for lunch. The food was delicious and the service was great.
