I’m giving a low review and won’t go back due to the music that was playing when I came in. I wasn’t expecting an ice cream shop to be blasting music talking about “f*cking” I thought the girls working would see my baby and 4 year old and get the hint but they were too busy on their phones to notice. That being said we took our ice cream to go View all feedback.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for good or affordable bubble tea. They charge an extra 80 cents if you want your drink without ice, and another 85 cents for boba. I was disappointed to find that there was barely any boba in my drink despite having paid that extra fee. It's acceptable to charge for additional items, but the cashier didn't inform me about the extra costs. When I suggested that she make customers aware of these charges in the future, she just shrugged it off. I won't be returning here for bubble tea. The only reason I’m not giving this a one-star review is that their other desserts are quite good.
I ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough, but what I received was completely different—just bland vanilla with some chocolate bits.

Bubble tea tastes watered down. They only had one employee making like 10 bubble teas…
