While the staff is often commended for their friendliness and accommodating gestures, such as offering military discounts, inconsistencies arise regarding service speed and decor cleanliness. Has great food that tastes pretty good for fast food. I love the gyros and Reuben, my boyfriend loves the roast beef sandwich. Service is usually great but occasionally you gotta wait a couple min to get your order taken and they normally yell your name so quietly I can't hear it and don't know when my food is ready to grab. The decor is nice, but I took a star off because occasionally the tables aren't always cleaned off in a timely fashion and I need to hunt down a clean spot. They aren't horrendous and disgusting by any means, but you can tell not wiped down.
Never really sure if their open or not ever since COVID first hit. Kinda not a great value either. Food really isn't all that great. However, the fact they are open sometimes and have a drive through and are accurate and friendly makes em about average for this area!
Food was cold. half my order wasn't filled restaurant was just plan nasty food on the floor employees sitting on counters wont ever be going back to that Arby's location
Good food for being a type of fast food. It?s always clean inside. Friendly staff. Only downfall is they don?t like to turn off their lights which makes u think they?re open, when they?re not. Also, if u go to 10 min before ?closing? they will act as ifthey?re closed. This has happened a handful of times. So frustrating.
The current staff was very helpful, very courteous, and the 2 young men working gave me a Military/ Veteran discount and I did not ask for one. Also shook my hand and thanked me for my service. So appreciative, and so proud of these employees and youngMEN. Thank you!
