Was Anonym at Pane E Latte a mag?
We frequently visit this restaurant after a walk to enjoy a light meal and a cup of coffee. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. The bread is absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend using it with any meal you order. What Anonym dislikes about Pane E Latte:
I had some visitors over and thought it would be a nice idea to stop by this cake shop to pick up some cake and biscuits to serve with coffee at home. What a big mistake it turned out to be! The cakes were dry and unpleasant, and I regretted my choice... View all feedback.
I had visited and I thought it would be a great idea to run to this cake business and buy them some cake and cookies to serve my guests with coffee to house big mistake. the cakes were dry and disgusting and had. at least three days in the regal sat. the biscuits were not better and were very dry and does not break down any use after appointments, where on the kekspack. I called the load and the customer service was even worse. she asked me to contact her in an hour to talk to the manager I did and no one answered. if I could give a minus score, I would. don't waste her money and buy her cake or cookies from the business.
Stood and waited and waited and waited for the dame behind the counter to ask what I want. a kerl is that she knows she welcomes herself and she takes his command. I can't tell you how it was because she never took my order. I left after she had made him a coffee, gave him his food, was exchanged money, and she did not even ask what I want. I was invisible this day. a lot of luck with any service, unless you know it.
We often go here after a walk to sit down, with a bite to eat, and a swallow coffee. the atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable and the staff is very welcoming so they feel like at home. the brot is by the way from this world good, and they are well advised to use it for everything brot they get. but this hidden gem does not breed at all. it is very pleased to be just removed from the side of canterbury road, just away from the popular restaurant district ballarat road, as they know that the quality of their food gets it there.
This was both my first and last visit to this restaurant. The customer service was terrible, and the bread was merely average. I expected to receive a spinach and feta flatbread for $8, but when I got home, I found I had simply gotten plain Turkish bread. When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, I had to explain my situation and present my credit card transaction from just ten minutes earlier. Another staff member told me that the bread I purchased was actually only worth $6.50, which meant I had been overcharged. I was then advised that I should have asked for clarification before buying, and I left feeling as though I was the one at fault.
