Elkibou - Sunriver
Elkibou
Description
A lively food-cart park in Sunriver offers a park-like setting with green lawns, heaters, gas fire pits and live music. Spacious outdoor seating, dog- and family-friendly vibes, and a wide drinks selection (local beers, ciders, wine, sangria slushies) pair with diverse carts serving tacos, Filipino dishes, sandwiches and desserts. Visitors praise the convivial atmosphere and friendly vendors but note occasional closed carts, uneven food quality, limited variety, minor pest issues and some overpriced items.

Elkibou's offers everything you could want: delicious food carts, a great selection of alcoholic beverages including local beers and ciders, cozy gas fire pits, and heaters to keep you warm. The beautiful park-like setting, surrounded by native trees, provides plenty of space to relax—it's truly a hidden gem! I sampled a couple of food carts, starting with Korean-style tacos from The Bleu Rooster. The owners, Lori and Levi, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their fresh ingredients. They were fantastic, just like their tacos! For dessert, I visited another cart that offered shortcake with mixed berries. I definitely plan to return to share this wonderful experience with my wife.
Exceptional food! We spent the weekend in town and stumbled upon this fantastic food truck park. They offer tacos, Philly cheesesteaks, and a variety of other dishes, along with wine and beer. The outdoor seating is spacious, providing plenty of room for kids to play. Plus, there’s live music on weekends. We will absolutely return the next time we visit Sunriver!
Fantastic food cart park! There’s plenty of seating and the people are so friendly. The food is INCREDIBLE!! Everything is tasty, but The Bleu Rooster and Nosh really stood out to me. Can’t wait to go back!
Sunriver truly benefits from having a place like this, given that the dining options in the village and nearby areas tend to be quite similar. Unfortunately, there are limited choices, the food doesn’t stand out, and what is available is overpriced. There’s a need for more variety, with meals prepared fresh rather than served from a steam table.
Sunriver really needed a spot like this! My family and I visited this food cart pod over Labor Day weekend, and we all had a fantastic time. I was expecting mostly burgers and hot dogs, but the variety of options was amazing! We enjoyed the Filipino dishes from Amago, and our group tried items from all the food carts—everyone was happy with their selections, from the fried chicken to the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I also noticed a sign for themed nights, including Indian cuisine, which sounded fantastic! My only suggestion would be to address the wasp issue; there were quite a few around, so I recommend the owners continue setting out traps. Other than that, it was a wonderful lunch experience!
