I love it for the convenience, you're not waiting in line behind someone that stepped up not knowing what they want. Orders are usually correct, but sometimes you're order a hamburger and it will have cheese so watch for that. Other than that it's usually correct. Nobody is perfect and at times mistakes are made but they are quick to own up to it and make things right. My only real complaint is sometimes it's so loud inside you can't hear the person on the speaker.

The car hop did address both issues, but the burger remained dry, likely from overcooking.
