The restaurant was spotless and I was greeted right away when I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. My order was taken efficiently, and I received my food in no time. The freshness of the ingredients was impressive—much better than what I typically find at Pizza Hut. I ordered two large meat lover's pizzas, which had more toppings than the ones at Pizza Hut, along with a delicious meal that included fresh vegetables and meat. I also got two orders of wings, a brownie, and a bottle of zesty seasoning. I find myself visiting this place for pizza every day!
I will never order from this location again. I placed an order yesterday for a pizza that was supposed to be made without mushrooms due to an allergy. When we got home, we found that all the pizzas had mushrooms on them. I tried calling to explain the situation, but the manager (JEFE) hung up on me. When I called back, they hung up on me again. My husband then took the pizza back to have it corrected, but all they did was remove the mushrooms and claimed they would make a new pizza. Unfortunately, there were still mushrooms on it. The manager mentioned they were having phone issues, yet they continued to receive calls for orders. This is not how a business should operate. If this is how they handle problems—by simply removing ingredients—they should really consider shutting down.
Very clean, Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very nice employees and manger. Took my order and was ready in no time. Not to mention I got more fresher food then I would of at pizza hut. 2 large pizza's one a meat lover's with more on it then pizza hut and a supper Supreme with fresh vegetables and meat. 2 order of wings and a order of brownies and a bottle of zesty spice. I'll hit them up for pizza any day any time.
The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate the drive-thru service they offer. They always make sure my food is hot, fresh, and prepared exactly to my liking! It's always a fantastic experience! Jeanie is especially cheerful during the day, while Tracy is wonderfully pleasant in the evenings!
The service was extremely quick when we placed our order. When I went to pick it up, the staff at this location were very warm and friendly.
