I’m sorry to say that the owner, an older woman who served us, seemed quite worn out, particularly due to the number of less fortunate customers. I ordered a chili relleno that had hardly any chili in it and was overloaded with gooey cheese, which was quite unappetizing. It was the worst I’ve ever had.
