Was Anonym at Sushi Central a mag?
Chef Dragon maybe one of the few true sushi chefs remaining in Brisbane. He used to work a few days a week in Redcliffe Sushi Central which is the area we live and when he was working full time in strathpine, we will make it a point to drive up there when we feel like sushi. He doesn't compromise anything. Quality, Flavour, Presentation, and Hositality. All there. YUM! I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM HIGH ENOUGH. View all feedback.

It's such a popular little Sushi train place. It's cheap and very friendly.The food is good and I love the fact you can see the chefs at work.
