My grandson and I preordered pizza yesterday for a 5:15 to 5:30 pm pickup... we arrived at exactly 5:15 and could see they were right under the gun with orders. The person cutting pizzas still acknowledged on entry and said 8 to 9 minutes. There were orders of 6 and 9 pizzas picked up during our wait as well as skip and other single patrons. On Friday the 13th, I decided to order a pizza. What could possibly go wrong? Well, it turns out a lot! The pizza was extremely dry, tough, overcooked, and paper thin. I wish I had checked the comments and reviews before ordering online. Had pepperoni lover1 star would be too harshBut I don't think they put double pepperoni and and extra Mazzarella cheese.Not worth the extra cost of paying pepperoni lover when you get same amount of toppings on regular pepperoni pizza.
Ordered one large pizza, paid $24 including delivery, what was delivered was the most disgusting pizza I ever had. Overcooked, burnt, and very dry. So much so that I will set foot in this place again. Called to complain, we changed our crust and will let management know what the answer was given.

I never minded a brief wait and could see that so many orders had hit at same time but the gestures and polite service during that was still really appreciated
I've ordered from this location probably 40-50 times in the last few years and ever time the pizza is cut soo poorly. You can even grab a piece. Have to cut it yourself. I don't know if this location goes through employees like a pack of gum. Is it that hard to get the pizza cooked right and cut it properly? I guess that's asking too much
They where great, but when ordering on line it said the 5 buck deal wasn't at the location which sucked but when we got there it was in the window foe advertising the salad we ordered was gross and still wet everything seemed
