This restaurant has excellent customer service! When my friend's kids got a bit loud, an employee came over and asked what they needed. She took their orders and even started making their pizzas while my friend was still standing! That was really thoughtful of her! The restaurant was clean, and the food and drinks were fantastic too! It was just okay. Subway isn't my favorite place, so I might be a bit biased, but overall, it's a Subway. It's not bad, but I prefer to customize my subs differently than they typically do. I found the salad to be better than the sub. However, this experience was more positive than most, even with the hustle of work and training a new employee. I'd say this location is better than any of the ones in McDonough.
I want to give a shout-out to Artavious and Carl for their outstanding customer service! They were very attentive and polite. I returned because of them, and I could see the pride the manager took in their work—they did an excellent job! Thank you, LadiLiz!
