Bad service and a dirty place written hours are not accurate and they do not answer their phone.
I haven't been in awhile and so was surprised when $5-6 Fridays was gone. I ordered a beloved coffee smoothie and was so disappointed. it was no longer thick and creamy, but diluted and watery. There was no flavor. I do not remember them making a smoothie with water, but they do now! The store is dirty and looks like they may be moving out, so much of the store fixtures were missing.
Never a long line, and the location is convenient. However they've messed up my order more than once. Also parking lot is hard to get out of
The woman working on friday dec 2nd around 3:45 was so miserable and acting like I shouldn?t be ordering a smoothie. The called to make an order and she said they are super busy and can?t take orders on call and wanted me to order on app or instore. I wentin store 5 minutes later and there was literally no one there or a big line to keep her busy. Very bad experience
Don't get me wrong I love Smoothie King BUT this is the 3rd time I've come to the Forest Park location to find its hotter than a sauna, the employees (high school kids) are working their butts off in the sweltering heat and I, the customer, am sweatingwithin 5 minutes of being there. I asked if they were allowed to turn on the air and found out the air conditioning was brokenfor weeks! That's unacceptable and a possible OSHA violation. I can't help to wonder why this location was allowed to be treatedthis way. The Brentwood location is always nice. The employees at the FP location are actually nicer, very sweet kids. Why leavethem with no air conditioning when we're going through a heat wave? This just unacceptable!!
