I walked in on a dreary Saturday morning with a bit of a bad attitude. It wasn't one of my best days for cheerful conversation. Nonetheless, the staff kindly allowed me to stay and have my meal. I ordered a burger and fries, and now I find myself wishing I could do it all over again. Honestly, could someone come over to talk? As for parking, there's liquor available in front, and additional parking on the side. View all feedback.

Our waitress, Olivia, was excellent. She was highly professional and performed her duties wonderfully!
I visited Howie's Bar and Grill in Saint Cloud, MN for the first time, and the food was delicious! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I plan to celebrate my birthday there.
Walked out of another fancy, pricy establishment and came to Howie's for the first time. Fast service and tasty food. I had the Shaved Ribeye which I highly recommend. The interior is a bit dated but that doesn't matter if you have good food, service, and company.
